AccentEngraving.Biz GENERAL ELECTRONIC ART REQUIREMENTS (1-2 color imprints)
A quality finished product requires quality artwork! If you are unable to provide art of sufficient quality or in the proper format our art department will provide an estimate to prepare something suitable.
* (Imprint area dimensions provided reflect the maximum available space for your item. We recommend that the entire area be utilized, do not allow a border.)
Art must be black and white *(NO colors,screens,halftones or bitmaps)
Vector Art is preferred and gives the best reproduction. All text should be converted to outlines/curves Adobe Illustrator - saved/exported as an EPS Corel Draw - saved/exported as an EPS Freehand - saved/exported as an EPS
(If vector art is not available a bitmap MAY be acceptable if it is 600 dpi resolution or greater. Do not resample an image to a higher resolution. For best results set type/fonts as vector art and insert/place your graphics)
Minimum Line width or font stroke is 1 pt. and REVERSED 1.5 pt. Text should be a minimum of 5 pt. size (for small text sans serif fonts work best)
FULL COLOR / ImageCRYSTAL REQUIREMENTS Adobe Photoshop or Corel Photopaint EPS recommended TIFF or JPG (high resolution) 300 DPI resolution or higher

Web page artwork/graphics are low quality and NOT suitable for imprinting. (If no other images are available we will submit an estimate of charges to clean up and/or enhance the images.)
We DO NOT accept files in PDF or Powerpoint, Publisher, MS Word or any word processing programs.

*Other specifications are dependent on the item and the imprinting process used. If you are able to provide art to exact specifications this may reduce or eliminate art preparation charges.Your submitted electronic art may still require additional preparation or modification from our art department. Additional art specifications can be provided by your customer service representative.
If submitting printed art note the following; Minimum 600 dpi resolution (1200 dpi preferred) Reproduce at actual size and enlarged to 200%
