Where are you located?

A: Our main office is in Portage Michigan. If you are in the S.W. Michigan area you may schedule an appointment to meet with an account executive at your business or if appropriate at our product display. Most projects are handled over the phone and by internet allowing us to serve companies across the United States.

We are a business services firm and do not offer a retail (drop-in) service!


Do you engrave / imprint on my items?

A: Some metal gift items may be suitable for jewelry engraving. (see jewelry engraving icon on our home page). Other items with a flat surface can be personalized with an engraved brass plate. (see the brass plates icon on our home page)

Our promotional items and gifts include custom imprinting / engraving. The various decorating methods are matched to each product and obtaining the completed items from us is the most cost effective and highest quality option. We do not offer imprint only services.

How long does it take?

A: The average standard production time for custom products is 2 weeks. RUSH service is available and many items can be produced in 2 business days. Our specialty is meeting impossible deadlines. Contact us and we'll make recommendations to fit your timeline.


What is the minimum quantity and cost?

A: Most promotional product orders require an investment of  $300-$500. In general the less expensive the item the higher the quantity required. For example a Pencil might have a minimum quantity of 2,000 or a Clock a minimum of 12.

Small quantities (2-12) of many personalized gifts and awards are available for individual giving.
